Kathy Lutz

President/CEO

Kathy is the President/CEO of Integra Group with over 30 years in the healthcare industry. She joined Integra as Cheif Operating Officer in 1997 and has been President/CEO since 2000. Prior to Integra Kathy served as Vice President at Managed Care Technologies/Reengineering and General Manager of the HMO at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. She transitioned Integra from an emphasis on Utilization Review to a provider of software and services to meet the changing requirements of managed care and specialty services. Outside of Integra, Kathy enjoys traveling with her grandchildren, spending time with family at their lake house, exploring antique shops and gardening.

Mark Warner

Chief Information Officer

Mark is the Chief Information Officer for Integra Group with over 25 years in the healthcare industry. He provides leadership for the continued development of innovative, robust, and secure systems at Integra and oversees the design and development of the systems for Integra’s clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration. When Mark is not busy building systems for clients, you will find him on his motorcycle enjoying the backroads of the United States.

Rose Longworth

Director of Corporate Administration

Rose is the Director of Corporate Administration and has more than 25 years of experience in group health and worker’s compensation programs and services including programs administered by the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP). She works directly with Integra’s federal workers’ compensation clients and is responsible for delegated entity audit activities for Integra customers. She is also involved with internal corporate activities related to finance, business development, contracting, human resources, and administrative services. Outside of Integra, Rose can usually be found in a garden center or working any number of half-completed gardening and landscaping projects. She and her husband Steve have two sons.

Doug Jones

Director of Operations

Doug is Director of Operations for Integra Group, overseeing the company’s administrative and operational teams. Doug joined Integra in 2010 and previously held leadership positions in third-party administrators, electronic health record and practice management software companies. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Thomas More College. When not at Integra he can be found on the golf course with his fiancé Allison or playing with their dogs.
